Refund Policy

1. Return Window

You may return Hardero within 14 calendar days of the date of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. This return window is consistent with consumer protection standards under Directive 2011/83/EU (for EU customers) and with our commitment to customer satisfaction under Australian Consumer Law.

2. Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery
• The bottle must be sealed and unopened, or partially used with clear evidence of a quality issue
• You must contact us before returning the product to receive a return authorisation

3. How to Initiate a Return

Contact us at info@gorgeousback.shop with your order reference and reason for return. Our team will provide return shipping instructions and a return authorisation number. Products returned without prior authorisation may not be accepted.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Since orders are paid on delivery (cash on delivery), refunds will be issued via bank transfer to the account you nominate. We do not deduct restocking fees for standard returns within the 14-day window.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Products that have been fully consumed, or that have been tampered with or damaged after delivery due to customer handling, are not eligible for a refund except where a consumer guarantee under Australian Consumer Law applies.

6. Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, not fit for purpose or significantly different from its description, you are entitled to a remedy regardless of the 14-day window.
